This journal aims to provide its readers with a swift, yet complete, current awareness service. This is achieved both by the scope and
structure of the journal, key features of which are:-
• Careful selection of relevant abstracts (and other bibliographic data)
from the latest issues of 4,000 leading international biomedical journals.
• The arrangement, within each journal issue, of abstracts
into separate chapters devoted to general aspects, laboratory methods and techniques, general pathology and organ pathology. General
pathology covers cellular pathology, fetal and neonatal pathology, including congenital disorders, injury (both chemical and physical),
inflammation and infection, immunopathology and collagen diseases and cancer pathology. The chapter on organ pathology is further subdivided
into 11 major organ systems. Animal studies not relevant to human pathology fall outside the scope of this journal.
• Detailed
author and keyword indexes to allow the reader to locate articles of special interest.
